Last updated: January 15, 2025. These terms govern access to and use of the T.I.M. (Ticket Incident Management) incident management system provided by Snappytim.
Snappytim offers B2B SaaS software for IT incident management, including help desk automation, technical support ticket tracking, and network infrastructure monitoring. The service is provided under a corporate subscription model.
Snappytim shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption resulting from force majeure events, scheduled maintenance (with 48 hours prior notice), or actions by unauthorized third parties. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the monthly subscription for the affected period.
All code, interface, documentation, and brand associated with T.I.M. are the exclusive property of Snappytim. The client obtains a non-transferable usage license for the duration of the contract. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution of the software without express authorization is prohibited.
The contract has an initial term of 12 months, automatically renewable for equal periods. Either party may terminate without penalty with 30 days prior notice. Snappytim reserves the right to suspend the service for breach of conditions or non-payment.
Snappytim may update these terms with 15 days' notice, by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
